You have 90 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
For damaged or missing items, contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
Returns may incur restocking fees based on item type:

OEM replacement parts carry a 1-year warranty when installed by a licensed professional.
Self-installed items do not qualify for warranty coverage.
To process warranty claims:
Open a case with the manufacturer’s technical support.
A licensed technician must verify the defect.
Provide Chillerparts.com with a valid claim number.
Special Orders are custom-quoted and may not be eligible for return.
Non-returnable Special Orders require explicit acknowledgment during checkout.
If returnable, standard restocking fees apply.
Unauthorized returns of non-returnable items will not be accepted.
Refunds issued via original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
Credit card refunds may take an additional 7–10 days to reflect.
Partial returns may be prorated due to bundled pricing or discounts.
Refunds only cover product cost — shipping is non-refundable unless item is defective.
Some items (e.g., gas/electric heaters) may require manufacturer testing before a credit is issued, which may extend refund timeframes by up to 2 weeks.
If Chillerparts.com ships an incorrect item or uses the wrong shipping method:
We’ll offer a full refund or send the correct item with no additional cost.
Inspect all packages upon arrival and photograph damage before opening.
Note any damage on the shipping carrier’s delivery slip.
Contact us within 3 business days to report the issue.
The following cannot be returned:
Electrical components or controls
Installed or used items
Items connected to power or modified
Clearance or Final Sale items
Special Orders marked as non-returnable

Chillerparts.com is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including installation costs or contractor fees. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
All returns require a valid RMA number.
Items returned without RMA or refused upon delivery are subject to applicable restocking fees.
Returned items must be:
In original condition and packaging
Include manuals, documentation, accessories, and warranty materials
If any components are missing, your return may be rejected and shipped back at your expense.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid labels.
Be sure to use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
Do not affix labels directly to the manufacturer’s packaging.
Submit a request via the Return Request Form with your original order number.
Prepare the item using the original carton and adequate padding.
Ship using a tracked and insured method.
Write your RMA Number clearly on the outer package.
