Location: Chillerparts.com is proudly located in North Texas, which allows us to quickly serve customers across the central and southern U.S.

General Shipping Information

  • Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on size and destination.

  • Smaller repair parts often ship via USPS.

  • Larger or bulky items may require freight service — these products will be clearly marked as “subject to a shipping charge” and we’ll contact you directly with a quote.

  Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, typically ship same day, unless noted otherwise.

  • Shipments originate from North Texas, enabling efficient regional delivery.

  • If you’d like an estimated arrival time based on your zip code or product selection, give us a call at 940-569-4116 and we’ll happily assist.

Note: Delivery timelines are dependent on carrier service levels and may be impacted by labor issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen disruptions. Chillerparts.comis not responsible for missed dates due to carrier delays or “acts of God.”

  Refused Deliveries & Address Modifications
  • Refused deliveries are subject to a 15% restocking fee once returned.

  • If an address modification is needed after shipment, let us know right away — additional charges may apply.

  • We do not ship using customer carrier account numbers (FedEx, UPS, or DHL). Free Shipping & Factory Direct Shipments

  • Orders over $99 qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S.

  • Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada — fees apply based on weight and carrier.

  • All factory-direct shipments use FedEx or UPS only — USPS Priority and First Class Mail are not available for those items.

  • For any refund involving a free-shipping order, a minimum 15% handling fee will be deducted.

 

Export & International Orders

  • We ship to Canada and U.S. Territories via UPS.

  • Duties, taxes, and tariffs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • International payments must be made by wire transfer. Credit card payments are not accepted for export orders.

  • You must provide your own FedEx, UPS, or DHL account for shipping.

  • A $50 handling fee applies for processing export documents and bank wire charges.

  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will ship within 24 hours.

Due to past fraud, export terms are non-negotiable.

 

Carrier Service Guarantees

  • Please be aware that UPS, FedEx, and USPS may adjust service guarantees during public emergencies such as COVID-19 or natural disasters.

  • For current updates, check with your carrier directly.
